Our production line covers two sections: Color coating line and Print coating line. The manufacturing technique is designed as 3 coating 3 baking and 3-color /trichromatic overprint respectively to make quality, accuracy and technical properties reach advanced world level.
By means of wide range design, we are capable of producing width up to 1600mm products and the capability for thickness from 0.2mm to 1.2mm can be able to meet customers‿various requirements.
Cold-rolled steel sheet, electro-galvanized steel sheet, galvalume and aluminum sheet are available for base sheet. There are some weatherproof paint-- PE, PVDF and functional paint available for paint.
